To redeem simply follow these steps:
1) Purchase your Vue e-ticket codes via our checkout.
2) Once received head on over to the Vue website and simply enter the voucher code in the ‘Promo Code Box’ on the checkout page.
3) Once the booking has been completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If you book online, the ticket booked using the voucher code will not incur an online booking fee.
4) To collect your ticket at your local cinema's ticket machine, you will need to enter the voucher code contained in the confirmation email or scan the QR code shown.
1. Which venues can Every Film Every Day tickets be used in?
Every Film Every Day tickets can be used in all Vue locations.
2. Which screenings is Vue Pass valid for?
Vue Pass can be redeemed for admission to any standard screening. E-Codes are not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings. E-Codes can be upgraded to IMAX, VIP, Recliner, Xtreme seating or Gold Class screenings online and at the Box Office upon payment of the difference. 2D E-Codes cannot be upgraded to a 3D screening, 3D E-Codes must be purchased for 3D screenings and 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional charge at the venue.
3. Can I use my Vue Pass E-Codes with other promotional offers?
Unfortunately, your Vue Pass E-Codes may not be combined with any other ticket offer e.g. Meerkat Movies. The screening information is available from the Vue website.
4. When do my Vue E-Codes expire?
E-Codes are valid for up to twelve months from the date of issue, if you need to check the status of your E-Codes you should email VueContactUs@ellomedia.com Expired codes/vouchers cannot be refunded, reinstated or replaced so please ensure you use them before they expire. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding Public holidays)
5. How do I book for a specific film screening?
Vue Pass can be redeemed at the box office at your chosen location and can also be used to make bookings online but not by telephone. Screening information is available from the Vue website here. E-Codes are only valid for one use and cannot be reinstated or replaced if you cancel your booking.
6. I made a mistake during my online booking, what should I do?
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable under our terms and conditions. However, if you wish to amend a booking please attend the venue for your reservation and a Vue staff member will assist you to swap your tickets to an alternative published screening. Please ensure you attend the venue at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the film on your reservation, after this time Vue will be unable to swap tickets for you. Tickets can be amended in the venues only and not via phone or email. If you have booked your tickets for the wrong venue, please contact the Vue bookings line and a member of the team will assist to resolve this for you. Please note if you cancel your booking your E-Codes are unable to be reinstated or refunded, you will need to visit the venue your booking was for to swap your tickets for a later showing if required.
7. Are concessionary tickets available for purchase?
Unfortunately, not, these will remain at your standard local Vue box office rates

9. Can I use my E-Codes to upgrade?

Valid for 1 ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
Non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Valid for single use only and cannot be re-instated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Mini Mornings, Senior-friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.
Can be used to book VIP, Recliner, Xtreme seating or Gold class screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee. IMAX upgrades will also be at an additional cost and we recommend checking pricing directly with the cinema before the purchase of Vue Pass E-Codes.
2D vouchers cannot be upgraded to a 3D screening.
3D vouchers must be purchased for 3D screenings and are redeemable for entry into the screening only, customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.
Do not have priority over general tickets.
The voucher expires on the expiration date, it is not subject to extensions.
Expiry dates are printed on the paper voucher.
E-Codes expire no later than 12 months from the point of issue.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.

Vouchers are not to be used for financial gain in resale.
