The balance on the eGift card can be used for purchases at Ernest Jones stores and online in full or part payment.

In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use, the eGift card will expire and the balance remaining will be deducted (“Use” includes a balance enquiry).

eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers or used as a deposit on a credit agreement.

No change will be given when an eGift card is used to purchase goods or services but the balance may be applied to future purchases.

You can use up to 2 eGift cards combined per order.

As we do not collect information about gift card customers, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the eGift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. eGift cards should be looked after carefully.

The eGift card can be spent on any goods or services online only up to the value held on the eGift card (maximum spend per card £2500).
